The chocolate eclairs at Lucia’s Bakery in Uptown Minneapolis.
In case anyone was wondering, they are *full* of cream. Freshly sweet but not sugary, thick and luscious cream, encased in soft, sturdy dough and topped with savory dark chocolate.
